No one answered all 10 times, eventually I called the casino promo desk and they some how directly transferred me to hotel where a very rude young girl told me she just sold the last room and they are now book. #2 We where on a trip and decided to try and book at this hotel, I called the hotel about 10 times over a time period of an hour trying to get through to make a reservation. We then tried to go down the the front desk to solve our issue and no one was there, there was also no way to reach someone.
#1 was when we booked a room and needed assistance after check in we tried to call the front desk at least 5 times with no answer every time. I have had 2 issues with the hotel at this casino,
